PLEASE NOTE:
These polices apply ONLY to purchases made on the Alana’s Gifts Web Site (www.alanasgifts.com). They DO NOT apply to purchases made at the Alana’s Gifts booth during bead and gem shows with the exception of the Customer Service & Return Policy.

Payment and shipment terms may vary on individual items.

Payment Methods: PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover
While our preferred method of payment is PayPal, we also accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Please contact us if you want to use this method. NOTE: Personal checks can also be used; however, your item WILL NOT be shipped until the check has cleared our bank.

Packaging & Handling Fee: $1.50

Shipping:
Buyer Pays Shipping (based on shipping calculator) and Optional Shipping Insurance.

In most cases, packages are shipped on the Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday following your confirmed order.

Sales tax: 6% if shipped within Michigan

Customer Service & Return Policy:
Returns will gladly be accepted for full refund if the material is returned to us in the condition in which you received it, AND we are notified within 14 days. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the returned item at our offices. A copy of the original receipt MUST also be included with your return. No refund on initial shipping and handling is issued. Buyer pays for return shipping. No credit will be issued for materials that have been damaged in any way by the customer.

Whole Sale:
Wholesale pricing is available to those who establish wholesale accounts and can provide a copy of their sales tax license. To inquire about wholesale prices please send us an email.
